Access to operational information is tied to authenticated accounts, venue membership and assigned permissions. Administrative access should be granted only to people who need it.
Data protection
We use safeguards appropriate to the service to protect information in transit and at rest, monitor service behaviour and maintain recovery procedures.
Shared responsibility
Venues should keep accounts individual, use strong sign-in practices, review team access and promptly remove access when responsibilities change.
