We process venue data according to the service agreement and documented instructions, including operating reservations, orders, payments, loyalty and support workflows selected by the venue.
Access and safeguards
Access is limited to authorised people and systems that need it. Technical and organisational safeguards are used to reduce risks of unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
Service providers
Specialist providers may support hosting, communications, payments or other selected functions. The relevant processing terms and provider information are supplied as part of contracting and onboarding.
